# Theme styles

Highstreet comes with three Theme styles by default; Highstreet, Streetwear, Avantgarde, and Gilded.

## **Highstreet**

Highstreet is a clean, modern storefront style designed to put your products and brand identity front and centre. Its spacious layouts, strong imagery, and refined typography create a premium shopping experience that feels polished without being overly complicated. With intuitive navigation, product filtering, enhanced search, quick view, and strong merchandising options, it works particularly well for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, accessories, and other design-focused brands looking for a sophisticated and versatile online presence.

## **Streetwear**

Streetwear brings a more energetic and contemporary personality to the Highstreet theme, with a focus on bold imagery, strong product presentation, and a more expressive brand aesthetic. Features such as lookbooks, product videos, colour swatches, image rollovers, promotional tiles, quick view, and product badges give brands plenty of ways to showcase collections and create visual impact. It is particularly well suited to streetwear, youth fashion, and modern lifestyle brands that want an online store that feels confident, current, and visually engaging.

## Avantgarde

Avantgarde takes a more fashion-forward and editorial approach, combining generous spacing with bold visual storytelling to create a highly curated storefront. ## Gilded

## Changing your Theme style

A theme style is a collection of settings chosen by a theme designer. You can apply a theme style to your store to give it a polished look and feel. All themes have a theme style applied by default. The other theme style options that you have depend on which theme you use.

When you customize a theme, you replace the theme style settings with your own. When you apply a theme style to your theme, you change your current settings, such as colors and typography.

1. From your Shopify admin, go to [**Online Store**](https://admin.shopify.com/themes).
2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click **Edit theme**.
3. Click the **Theme settings** icon.
4. Click **Theme style**.
5. Select the theme style that you want to use, and then click **Change style**.
6. Click **Save**.
